Founder and CEO of LEAP, a digital ad agency, where he raised $40m via IPO. Leap's clients included Walmart, Nike, & Bud Light. Mr. Smith later founded IdeaCast, where he raised $30m for a national cable provider that licensed ESPN, CNN, CNBC to health clubs.

Michael Lambert MD, FAAEM ,RDMSCMO

Dr. Lambert has practiced Emergency Medicine for 28 years in the academic and community setting. He is currently practicing Emergency Medicine at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, IL and Mayo Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Lambert has substantial publications in Peer-Reviewed medical Journals, and is an editor for several journals and textbooks. He is highly sought after for speaking engagements and imaging workshops nationally and internationally. He has a keen interest and knowledge of medical imaging and devices. He developed and co-founded an ultrasound training company for physician's that was ultimately acquired by a larger medical device firm.

Keith Hoglund COO

Founded Rathunas Trading, later acquired by Knight Trading. Active investor and/or board member at Cambridge Bank, 10X Technology, and Beyondcore (recently acquired by Salesforce.com)

Tom Pruter CFO

Tom has had early and instrumental involvement in a variety of startup companies across the disciplines of entertainment, new media, and educational, financial and medical technologies. Companies included therein aremyFootPath, IdeaCast, K2M, OES, Tru Fragrances, Out The Box Records, Focus Technology, TradingBlock and Beyondcore

Doug Frazier (Former Abbott Labs)

Former head of Global Product Protection at Abbott Laboratories with relationships across numerous US and EU hospital product companies. Previously, Doug held a number of executive positions at Abbott Laboratories.

Sherman Boss (Former Chief Advisor to US Navy's Surgeon General)

Force Master Chief & Director Chief Advisor to the United States Navy’s Surgeon General. Led a diverse workforce comprised of more than 65,000 military, civilian, and contract personnel providing direction and guidance with an operating budget approaching 9 billion dollars consisting of three Regional Medical Commands, 27 hospitals and 89 health clinics, delivering health care to over 1 million enrollees and 9.6 million beneficiaries.

Dennis Donohoe (Former J&J Research Consultant )

Dr. Donohoe worked in various capacities within Johnson & Johnson for 20 years, 11 of which were with the Cordis division. While with Cordis he had worldwide responsibility for clinical research, encompassing coronary, endovascular and neurovascular products. He ultimately served as Worldwide Vice President of Clinical and Medical Affairs.

Les Walgreen

Les brings 4 generations of retail experience and knowledge as the Great Grandson of the founder of the Walgreen Co. Starting as a stock boy in 1984, Les created Walgreens.com in 1995 while working for the company. With the entrepreneurial genes of his great grandfather, Les has been involved in such areas as film, real estate, product placement and more now coming back full circle to the luxury retail market

Chris Provines (Former J&J Pricing Strategy Consultant )

Christopher Provines has over twenty-four years of global healthcare experience. He began his career in hospital finance and reimbursement. After graduate school, he joined Johnson & Johnson and later moved to Siemens Healthcare. His roles have included vice-president-level positions at both companies.
